About Tiffany

Tiffany L. Carter, MS, ACC

Tiffany L. Carter, MS, ACC, is an award-winning federal training and professional development strategist, an ICF-credentialed leadership coach, and a U.S. Army veteran. Ms. Carter has equipped entry-level and emerging civilian leaders with the “power skills” needed to thrive in today's government, helped federal coaching leaders build the infrastructure for a lasting culture of coaching, and designed career readiness workshops that help aviation professionals navigate their professional paths with clarity and confidence.

She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University, a graduate certificate in executive and professional coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas, and an executive certificate in AI leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her work has earned numerous honors, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Civilian Service.

Beyond her accomplishments, she credits her faith in God, her family, and an ongoing commitment to working through grief, depression, and caring for her mental wellness with sustaining her thus far. Though she knows she's come “a mighty long way,” the journey continues.

A native of Washington State, she has dedicated her work – and her life – to honoring the memory of her late parents, JoAnn and LaRoi, both federal servants and legacy-focused leaders in their own right.
